• Turn the function control to the top heat function only.
• Turn and set the desired cooking time 5 to 60 minutes, the oven
will auto shut off with a bell ring.
• During cooking to remove the roast use the metal handle supplied
making sure it is correctly positioned.
• Please always turn OFF the oven after cooking, and plug off.
• For steaming fish and vegetables seal in foil with a little water
and seasoning.
HOW TO BAKE
Using this function, you can bake layer cakes and cookies following the
guidelines supplied on packaging of your purchase
Note: This function only uses the bottom element and layer cakes
should be turned once during cooking.
• For best results, preheat the oven for 15 minutes on 230°.
• Set the suitable temperature, according to the guidelines on the
food packaging.
• Place the wire rack on the lowest or middle level support.
• Place the food on the wire rack and slide into the support.
• Food should be placed as close as possible to the heating
element, but without touching it.
• Set the desired temperature.
• Turn the function control to the bottom heat function only.
• Turn and set the desired cooking time 5 to 60 minutes, the oven
will auto shut off with a bell ring.
• It is advisable to leave the door slightly ajar.
• Please always turn OFF the oven after cooking, and plug off.
AFTER USE
• Turn OFF the oven to allow it to cool down completely.
• Set the heating selector dial to OFF position.
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
CLEANING
▶Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning
it.
▶Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other
liquids.
▶Do not use abrasive cleaning substances or chemicals.
▶Clean the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
▶To clean the inside of the appliance, use kitchen paper or a soft,
clean cloth to remove any remaining food or liquid. Moisten a soft

cloth with water and a neutral detergent and wipe clean. Dry the
appliance with a soft, clean cloth.
