CleANING YoUR APPlIANCe
Clean your appliance after each use, after it is cool to the touch.
• do NoT use abrasive pad on areas with graphics.
• If a bristle brush is used to clean any of the cooking surfaces,
ensure no loose bristles remain on cooking surfaces prior
to cooking.
Grease build up can cause a fire. Clean any part of the
appliance that gets hot and experiences grease build up after
each use.
PLASTIC PARTS & PAINTED SURFACES:
Wash with warm soapy water and wipe dry with a non-abra-
sive cloth.
NOTICE
DO NOT use Citrisol, abrasive cleaners, or a concentrated
cleaner on plastic parts. This may result in damage to and
failure of parts.

APPLIANCE STORAGE
DO NOT move the appliance when in use. Allow the appliance
to cool to 115°F (45°C) before moving or storing.
When not in use, turn oFF appliance by rotating the appliance
control knobs to the oFF position and closing the fuel valve.
When gas supply is connected to appliance, store appliance
outdoors in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space and out of reach of
children.

CLEANING YOUR PIZZA STONE
NOTICE
DO NOT use soap on the cooking stone. This will leave a soap
taste in food.
Wash the cooking stone with warm water.

Rinse and dry completely.

CLEANING YOUR OVEN INTERIOR
Apply a strong solution of detergent and water, or use an oven
cleaner with scrub brush on insides of oven lid and bottom. Rinse
and allow to completely air dry.
dISCoNNeCT THe lPG CYlINdeR
only store the appliance indoors if the lPG cylinder is disconnected
and removed from the appliance.
