TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Dirt / water
escapes from the
telescopic tube.
Poor suction.
The device makes
unusual sounds.
Smoke is coming
out of the device.
Insufficient
filtering.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Switch off and disconnect the device from the power supply
2. Release the metal clamps to open the upper body and pull
out the bag for dry vacuuming.
3. Clean the inside of the tank with a damp cloth and allow to
dry completely.
Note! If dirty, the filter should be washed under running water
and allowed to dry completely. It is recommended to change the
filters regularly.

hole is clogged.

Overfilled tank.
•
The device fell
over and the air
inlet was blocked.

overfilled.

Damaged motor.
Filter life is too long.
Solution
Make sure accessories
are tightly and
correctly fitted.
•
Clean the filter,
replace the bag
and make sure the
accessories are
not clogged.
•
Check the upper body
and ensure that the
plastic clamps are
properly closed.
•
Remove excess water.
•
Place the device in
an upright position.
•
Switch off the device
and remove excess
water. Clean the filter
and replace the bag.
•
Contact the
manufacturer.
Replace the filter
with a new one.
