Safety instructions
1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance may be performed by
children only if they are older than 8 years and are under supervision. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of
children under 8 years of age.
2. The appliance is not a toy for children.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
4. The appliance is intended for domestic use only.
5. The appliance and the power cord may not be submerged in water or any other liquids.
6. The appliance is intended only for preparing coff ee, do not use it for any other purposes.
7. The surface of the heating element radiates residual heat after use.
8. If the original power cord is damaged, for safety reasons it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its authorised service agent
or a similar qualifi ed person.
9. The coff ee machine may not be placed in an enclosed cabinet while operating.
