4. Adjust the cooking temperature by turning the cooking temperature control
until the indicator mark on the knob points to the desired cooking temperature.
The "Burner On" indicator will come on when the burners are on and will stay on
while the oven preheats.
5. The "Burner On" indicator will light and the oven will heat up, wait until the
"Burner On" indicator goes out and the oven has reached the set cooking
temperature.
6. Set the fan mode to cooking mode, then open the oven doors and load the
product in the oven. Once the product is ready, close the oven doors to start
cooking.
NOTE: Select "High Speed" fan speed for cooking, which will cook faster and more
evenly.
7. To set the timer, turn the cooking timer until the indicator mark points to the
desired cooking time. The timer goes from 0 to 60 minutes. A buzzer will sound
once the timer reaches 0. The buzzer will turn off after going to the Off position.
The timer will continue to run when the oven doors are open.
8. When the food is finished cooking, you can quickly cool it down by opening the
oven doors and changing the fan mode to High Cool.
9. When you have finished cooking, turn the oven off by setting the temperature
to minimum and turning off the power switch.
