MP3 CD PLAYER OPERATION
PLAYBACK
1.
Switch the selector (2) to CD-MP3-USB, the POWER indicator (4) lights up.
2.
Open the CD compartment and insert the disc with the written face up. Close the compartment by pushing it gently.
3.
A few seconds later, the Display will show the number of CD tracks.
4.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) to start playback; press it once again to pause, the playback symbol starts blinking.
5.
To disable the pause, press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) once again.
6.
Press the STOP key (23) to stop playback.
TRACK SKIP
1.
Press the NEXT >>I key (19) while listening to move to the next track. Press the BACK I<< key (20) to move to the previous one.
2.
Press and hold the NEXT >>I key (19) or the BACK I<< key (20) while listening for a fast search for a special section of the track.
3.
Stop pressing to return to normal playback mode.
4.
The Display (15) always shows the track you are listening to.
PLAYING A TRACK REPEATEDLY
1.
Press the PROG/P.MODE key (22) during playback.
2.
The "REPEAT" indicator lights up on the Display.
3.
The CD player will play the track on the Display repeatedly.
4.
To stop playing the track repeatedly, press the STOP key (23).
PLAYING THE WHOLE DISC/FOLDER REPEATEDLY
1.
Press the PROG/P.MODE key (22) twice during playback.
2.
The "REPEAT FOLDER" indicator lights up on the Display.
3.
The CD player will play the whole disc/folder repeatedly.
4.
To stop playing the whole disc/folder repeatedly, press the STOP key (23).
RANDOM PLAYBACK
1.
Press the PROG/P.MODE key (22) four times during playback.
2.
The "RANDOM" indicator lights up on the Display.
3.
The CD player will play the disc randomly.
4.
To stop playing the disc randomly, press the STOP key (23).
PROGRAMMING
It is possible to select the track playing order.
1.
Press the STOP key (23) to stop playback.
2.
Press the PROG/P.MODE key (22), the Display will show "P-01".
3.
Select the track you wish to play first by pressing the NEXT >>I key (19) or BACK I<< key (20).
4.
Press the PROG/P.MODE key (22) to confirm.
5.
Repeat step 3 and 4 up to a maximum of 99 tracks.
6.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) to start playback.
7.
Press the STOP key (23) twice to reset programming.
ALBUM FUNCTION
This function can be activated only if the MP3 CD contains directories or folders, otherwise it does not work.
1.
To change directory while listening to a MP3 track press and hold the FOLD-/-10 key (9) to select the previous folders or the FOLD+/+10 key (10) to
select the next folders.
2.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) to start playing that directory.
USB PORT OPERATION
PLAYBACK
1.
Connect the MP3 player with USB connection to the USB port (6).
2.
Switch the selector (2) to CD-MP3-USB, the POWER indicator (4) lights up.
3.
To select the USB port of your appliance, press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) for a few seconds.
4.
The display of your appliance will show USB; wait a few seconds for the MP3 file loading.
5.
Now press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) to start playback.
6.
To enable the pause, press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) once.
7.
To disable the pause, press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB key (18) once again.
8.
Press the STOP key (23) to stop playback.
9.
Please refer to the "MP3 CD player operation" section for the other functions.
NOTE:
The CMP534USB appliance may not support some external appliances with USB port due to processor incompatibility.
