1. Fit the blender shaft to the power handle. Turn and
Lock.
To use the whisk (if supplied)
* You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites;
cream; instant desserts; and eggs and sugar for
whisked sponges.
* Don't whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine
and sugar, you will damage the whisk.
1. Push the wire whisk into the whisk collar
2. Fit the motor unit inside the whisk collar, turn and
lock
3. Place your food in a bowl.
* Don't whisk more than 4 egg whites or 400ml
(0.75pt) cream.
4. Plug in, To avoid splashing, start on speed1, Move
the whisk clockwise.
* Don't let liquid get above the whisk wires.
5. After use, unplug and dismantle.
How to use the chopper
To use the chopper ( if supplied)
* You can chop meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs,
bread, biscuits and nuts.
* Don't chop hard foods such as co ee beans, ice
cubes, spices or chocolate, you will damage the
blade.
1. Remove any bones and cut food into 1-2cm (1/2-1)
cubes.
2. Put the chopper blade over the pin in the bowl
3. Add your food.
4. Put the chopper cover, turn and lock
5. Put the motor unit, turn and lock
6. Plug in, hold the bowl steady, then press speed 2.
7. After use, unplug and dismantle.

2. Don't touch the sharp blades.
3.Take special care when preparing food for babies,
hand blender shaft is thoroughly sterilized. Use a
sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing
solution in manufacturers'instructions.
4. Some foods, eg. Carrot may discolour the plastic.
Rubbing with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil helps
remove discolouring.
5. Do not wash any parts in a dishwasher.
