I. Whip the froth (key 14)
1.
Position the appliance on a flat
surface.
2.
Remove the cover, pour the quantity of
milk necessary and replace the cover.
N.B. Do not add more than 150 ml of milk, to stop
the milk from spilling over at the end of the
operation.
3.
Position the jug on the power supply
base and connect the electrical plug of the
appliance to the wall socket.
4.
Press key 14 to whip the froth once and
the corresponding warning light 11 comes on.
The mixer 03 and the frother 02 come on to whip
the froth without heating the resistance. The
appliance stops the rotation at the end of the
operation.
N.B. The functioning of the frother can be
stopped by pressing the key previously selected
to whip the froth.
5.
When the appliance has stopped,
open the cover, pour the whipped milk and enjoy
it. Attention: after 5 continuous cycles, the
appliance automatically enters the self-
protection mode.

approximately 10 minutes the appliance enters
into standby, thereby allowing the appliance to
carry on functioning.
6.
If the appliance does not function,
always disconnect it from the electricity supply.
II. Heating (key 16)
1.
Position the appliance on a flat
surface.
2.
Remove the cover, pour the quantity of
milk necessary and replace the cover.
N.B. Do not add more than 250 ml of milk to stop
the milk from spilling over at the end of the
operation.
3.
Position the jug on the power supply
base and connect the electrical plug of the
appliance to the wall socket.
4.
Pressing the heat key 16 once, the
warning light 13 comes on. The appliance starts
to operate. When the milk reaches temperature,
the resistance switches off and the mixer is
automatically stopped. N.B. The functioning of
the appliance can be stopped by pressing the
heat key previously selected.
N.B. The rotation of the mixer was exclusively
designed to stop the milk from sticking. Its
purpose is not to whip the froth.
5.
When the appliance has stopped,
open the cover, pour the whipped milk and enjoy
it. Attention: after 5 continuous cycles, the
appliance automatically enters the self-
protection mode. The warning light flashes and
after approximately 10 minutes the appliance
enters into standby, thereby allowing the
appliance to carry on functioning.
6.
If the appliance does not function,
always disconnect it from the electricity supply.
III. Whip the froth and Heating (key 15)
1.
Position the appliance on a flat
surface.
2.
Remove the cover, pour the quantity of
milk necessary and replace the cover.
N.B. Do not add more than 150 ml of milk, to stop
the milk from overflowing at the end of the
operation.
3.
Position the jug on the power supply
base and connect the electrical plug of the
appliance to the wall socket.
4.
Pressing key 15 once for whipping and
heating, the warning light 12 comes on. When the
milk reaches temperature, the resistance
switches off and the mixer is automatically
stopped.
5.
When the appliance has stopped,
open the cover, pour the hot milk and enjoy it.
Attention: after 5 continuous cycles, the
appliance automatically enters the self-
protection mode. The warning light flashes and
after approximately 10 minutes the appliance
enters into standby, thereby allowing the
appliance to carry on functioning.
6.
If the appliance does not function,
always disconnect it from the electricity supply.
N.B.: Do not open the cover whilst the appliance
is functioning. The appliance restarts after
replacing the cover.
