RELEASE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS

USING THE BOWL AND STAND
Assure yourself that the appliance is off the mains.
Place the mixer on top of the stand by gently sliding it forward into the guides and press it down. Now
press the knob on the front side of the stand and lift the appliance on the stand, Now you can insert the
beaters or dough hooks (through the stand). They will click into position.
MIXING USAGE
Lift the mixer if there is no bowl yet. Insert it and lower the mixer. Be sure to have the beaters in the
dough when starting the appliance. This way it won't splash.
Begin by choosing a low speed. Anytime ingredients may be added. The mixing procedure can be
interrupted any time. Suitable for the beginning of a process. For continuous use of stirring. Beating and
intermixing of ingredients and think fluids. Also for the stirring of whipped egg white or flour into dough.
After mixing turn off the appliance and wait for the beaters to stop. Then you can lift the appliance to
remove the bowl.
TAKING THE MIXER OFF THE STAND
Lift the back of the mixer whilst sliding the appliance Forwards to take it off.
EJECTING THE BEATERS

HOW TO CLEAN
Unplug and eject beaters before cleaning. Clean the mixer cabinet with a clean damp cloth. Do not
immerse the appliance in water! Wash the beaters and the bowl in warm soapy water, then rinse and
dry them.
