Using the self-timer

Enable self-timer function.
In camera preview mode, press ( MENU/OK
) to bring up the menu. Press ( to bring up the menu. Press (
select the self-timer item (
) to select On, then press ( MENU/OK ) to
confi rm.

Compose your picture.
Use ( / ) to zoom in / out if necessary.

Focus and take a picture.
Press and hold (record / shutter button)
slightly, the auto focus frame on the LCD
monitor will turn red. The focus framel turns
green when the focus is locked. Press down
the (record / shutter button) to take a picture.
Once you press down the (record / shutter
button), the self-timer function is activated.
The 10~1 countdown number will display on
the LCD monitor with the front LED indicator
blinking red.
