Check to make sure that your Digital Media Player
is connected to a USB port on your computer.
Check if you have enough space on your Digital
Media Player to download the music file.
Check to make sure that the USB cable is connected
to the PC and to the Digital Media Player.
Check that the USB cable is properly connected to
your computer.
Try plugging the USB cable into one of the back
ports of your computer.
