Automatic defrosting
The appliance can defrost frozen food (meat, poultry or fish/seafood). The defrost time and
energy level are set automatically when you have entered the weight of the foodstuffs
that need to be defrosted. FOR INSTANCE: you want to defrost 600 g of prawns.
1. Put the frozen prawns into the appliance.
2. Press the Preset/Clock/Defrost key three times.
3. Turn the rotary knob until „0.6" is shown on the display.
4. Press the start key to start defrosting.
During the defrost process the appliance will remind you to turn over the frozen food.

Automatic cooking
The appliance has 12 automatic menu programmes for several foodstuffs and functions
(see the list of automatic menus in the following table).
1. Turn the rotary knob one setting anticlockwise. Then turn the rotary knob clockwise or
anticlockwise until the number of the desired automatic cooking programme is shown
on the display. Press the knob once to select the shown automatic menu programme.
2. Turn the rotary knob clockwise or anticlockwise until the desired weight or number is
shown on the display. The possible settings depend on the chosen automatic menu
programme. The appliance calculates the cooking time and power based on the
weight or the set number.
3. Press the start key to start cooking.
