BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1.
Clean the appliance according to the instructions in the CLEAN UP section of this manual.
2. Always place the appliance on a flat, clean and non-slippery surface before operating it.
3. When using your appliance for the first time there may be a slight odor.
This is normal and is no cause for concern.
4. Always make sure the temperature control knob is at the lowest setting before plugging or
unplugging the unit.

USING THE TRIPLE BUFFET SERVER
1.
Plug the unit in an electrical power outlet. The indicator light will turn on.
2. Place the preheated food in each of the three trays.
3. Adjust the temperature knob to the desired warmth for your food. The temperature settings
range from low to high. Please note, the buffet server will only warm your food for serving.
4. If food is kept in the server for an extended period it may dry out and/or change flavor.
5. Unplug the unit from the power source when not in use.
6. Do not leave food in the trays when it is not in use. When you have finished using the unit,
remove all food and liquids for subsequent use.
7. Allow the unit to cool down before removing parts for cleaning.
USING THE WARMING TRAY
1.
Remove the frame and the three trays. Then wipe the surface of the thermal plate and dry
it thoroughly.
2. Plug the unit to an electrical power outlet. The indicator light goes on.
3. Select the desired temperature (Low to High). Make sure to use heat safe containers
and/or serving dishes. Never place food directly on the warming tray.
NOTE: Do not place the lids directly on the hot surface of the warming tray.
