WARNING:

Do not connect to power supply until assembly is com-
plete. Failure to comply could result in accidental starting
and possible serious personal injury.

TOOLS NEEDED

See Figure 4.
The following tool (not included or drawn to scale) is needed
for assembly:
 Phillips screwdriver
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 5.
 Locate the axles, hitch pins, and wheels.
 Slide the axle through the hole in the center of the wheel.
 Lift the machine and slide the axle into the wheel mount-
ing hole in the machine base as shown.
 Push the hitch pin into the hole on the end of the axle to
secure the wheel assembly.
NOTE: The hitch pin should be pushed into the axle until
the center of the pin rests on top of the axle.
 Repeat with the second wheel.
ATTACHING THE SOAP TANK
See Figures 6 - 7.
 Align the keyhole slots with the mounting posts.
 Slide onto mounting posts and push down to hold in
place.
 Route the detergent injection hose under the unit and
onto the detergent injection hose fitting on the back of
the pump as shown.
ASSEMBLY

INSTALLING THE HANDLE

See Figure 8.
CAUTION:
Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers or hands when
installing the handle onto the frame.
Push and hold the push-pin button on the side of the handle
as you slide the handle onto the frame.
NOTE: Before use, pull the handle up until the lock button
snaps through the locking slots to secure the handle in place.
ATTACHING THE TRIGGER HANDLE
STORAGE BRACKET
See Figure 9.
 Place the trigger handle storage bracket over the hole in
the frame.
 Insert a screw through the hole and tighten securely.
CONNECTING THE SPRAY WAND TO THE
TRIGGER HANDLE
See Figure 10.
 Push the end of the spray wand into the trigger handle
and rotate clockwise to secure.
NOTE: Be careful to avoid cross-threading, which can
cause the wand to leak during use.
 Place the assembled spray wand in the trigger handle
storage bracket.
 Pull on the spray wand to be certain it is properly secured.
USING THE HOSE REEL
See Figures 11 - 12.
To remove the high pressure hose from the reel:
 Remove one end of the high pressure hose from the hose
reel.
 Unwind the high pressure hose by turning the reel handle
counter clockwise.
 Remove the other end of the high pressure hose from the
reel and set the hose aside.
To attach the high pressure hose to the reel:
 Attach one end of the high pressure hose to a hose re-
taining clip on the hose reel.
 Wind the hose onto the reel by turning the reel handle
clockwise.
 Attach the other end of the high pressure hose to a hose
retaining clip to secure the hose in place.
