ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a
second person is recommended
when assembling this machine
1. Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there, Fig.1:
(A01) Main body; (A09) Handlebar; (A12)
Left upper arm; (A13) Right upper arm;
(C13) (C31) Knob; (A07) Front stabilizer
tube; (A08) Rear stabilizer tube; (C18),
(C30) Arm covers; (C28), (C29) Pedal

2. FITTING THE STABILISER
BARS.-
For easier assembly use the block (S) to
support the machine (A01), Fig.3.
Position the rear stabilizer tube (A08) on
the rear stand of the machine (A01), as
shown in Fig.3, and insert the screws
(B11) together with the washers (B10)
and tighten firmly.
Position the front stabilizer tube with
wheels (A07) on the front stand of the
machine (A01), as shown in Fig.4, and
insert the screws (B11) together with the
washers (B10) and tighten firmly.
3. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a
second person is recommended
when assembling this machine

Place the cover (C06) together with
the rubber gasket (C27) on the upright
post
(A02),
terminals that come out of the central
body with the terminals that come out
of the upright post, Fig.5, I.
Insert the upright post (A02) into the
tube of the main body (A01) in the
direction of the arrow, Fig.5, taking
care not to fold the cables.
Fit the screws (B02) together with the
washers (B01), Fig.5, and tighten
firmly. Lower the cover assembly
(C06, C27) towards the main body.
4. FITTINTG THE STRIDE
ADJUSTMENT KNOB.-
Align the hole in the adjustable stride
disc (C19) with the hole in the pedal
tube shaft (A06), Fig.6, I.
Insert the knob (C31) on the shaft (5)
of the pedal, Fig. 6, III, making it
match with the position marks (4).
Turn the knob (C31) with the help of
the wrench in a clockwise direction,
Fig.6.
Repeat the same process with the left
pedal tube (A05) and the left knob
(C13), turning the left knob in the
opposite direction from the right knob
(C31). Make sure the stride number
matches on both sides, Fig.6, II.
5.
HANDLEBAR.-
Remove the screws (B31) and the
washers (B01) from the handlebar
(A09). Bring the handlebar (A09) close
to the main post (A02) and connect
the corresponding terminals, Fig.7, I.
Insert the rest of the terminals through
the slot on the handlebar (A09), Fig.7,
and and pull them out through the top.
