LOCATION OF CABIN FILTER: Behind the glove compartment, behind the cabin filter access door on the passenger side of the
vehicle.

REMOVE REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION. REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION.

1. While sitting in the passenger seat, open the glove box.

2. Behind the glove box is the filter housing door which is located on the forward wall. (Fig 1) Note: If you cannot reach
the filter housing door, you will need to release the mini-shock, dampener, or cable located on the right side of the
glove box. Then push both sides of the glove box inward releasing it to fully swing out of the way. (Fig 2)
3. Remove the filter housing door by pressing up on the two latches along the bottom edge and then pulling door away from
housing unit. (Fig 3)
4. The filter frame must drop down about an inch and then it can be pulled straight out of the housing. (Fig 4)
5. Remove the old filter from the frame. (Fig 5)
6. Insert the new filter into the frame with its airflow indicator arrow pointing down. Be sure it is tucked under all of the tabs on the
top edge of the frame.
7. Insert the frame back into the housing and push up into place once it is all the way in. The cover will only close when the frame
is pushed back up into place.
8. Re-install the housing cover.
9. Re-install the panel in the glove box and close it.
