16. MOST COMMON PROBLEMS SOLUTION
The projector does not turn on
Possible cause: Lack of power
The projector suddenly turned off
PC: Thermal protection activated
No audio sound from projector
PC: A device is connected to the headphones output
PC: Volume to zero
PC: "Mute" function inserted
PC: Bluetooth device connected and silenced
The wireless reproduction proceeds in jerks
PC: Wireless network is congested
The wireless connection is unstable
PC: Too distance between smartphone/tablet and
projector or between projector and router
PC: Wireless channel congested
The projector is not listed among the devices available for direct connection with
smartphone and tablet
PC: The projector is already connected to a wireless router
It is not possible to focus the image
PC: Too short distance from the screen
Acceptable keystone match cannot be obtained
The image has different focuses in different points
PC: Excessive tilt between screen and projector
The image has limited dark areas
PC: The internal mirror is dusty
USB pendrive not detected
PC: Defective pendrive
PC: Pendrive format not correct
Should the projector exhibit operating anomalies not listed in this table, contact specialized technical people.
Possible solution: Verify the power connection
PS: Check that the ventilation grids are not blocked by
objects or dust
PS: Disconnect the device
PS: Increase the volume
PS: Disable the function "mute" (chap. 4 key 2)
PS: Disconnect or adjust the Bluetooth device volume
PS: Disconnect some devices from the network or directly
