Defects on the appliance will be solved within a reasonable period of time, either by repairing or replacing the defective part. The costs of the means used
for this purpose, such as transport, service, replacement and labour costs, shall be borne by Cofan S.A. All replaced parts or appliances shall become the
property of Cofan S.A.

2. Cofan S. A. hereby guarantees the purchaser the repair or replacement of the appliance that has been purchased, provided that it fulfils the conditions set
out below and it does not apply to any other type of claim attributed to the product or service of the company.

3. The supply of consumable materials and accessories is not included in the service.
IV. Limitations of guarantee
Faults and problems originating from the following causes are not covered by this guarantee:
1.
Defective installation, e.g. if the current safety guidelines or instructions for use, installation and assembly are not observed.
2.
Misuse and improper use of the appliance, e.g. use of unsuitable detergents, cleaning products or chemicals.
3.
An appliance purchased in another country outside of EU, Switzerland or Norway, may not be used or only with restrictions due to special technical specifica-
tions.
4.
External influences, e.g. transport damage or other caused by impacts or other natural phenomena.
5.
Repairs and modifications carried out by people not trained for this work by Technical Service department from Cofan.
6.
Use of non-original Cofan spare parts or accessories not authorised by Cofan.
7.
Breakage of defective lights or glass.
8.
Current and voltage fluctuations exceeding or falling bellow the tolerance limits set by the manufacturer.
9.
Failure to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with the instructions for use.
V. Data protection
Personal data will only be used exclusively for the purpose of handling notifications or potential guarantee claims subject to the conditions complied with the
directive of the Data Protection Law.
