Setup
To configure products with WELL COM 2:
1. Connect WELL COM 2 to power.
2. Enable Wi-Fi™ on mobile device.
Download and install the WELL COM app on the mobile device.
3. Access Wi-Fi™ settings on the mobile device and connect to WELL COM 2's default Wi-Fi™ (SSID) WIFI-
WELL COM. Manually select the Wi-Fi™ channel (CH 2 or CH11) on the WELL COM 2 within the app settings
to avoid interference with other wireless signals in the immediate area.
4. Set products to receive signal input from WELL COM 2.
a. Set products to receive signals on the same channel on WELL COM 2.
b. Set products to their most basic DMX personality.
Ensure the DMX starting address is set to 001.
5. Decide whether WELL COM 2 receives signals wirelessly or via DMX cable.
For DMX products, use a DMX cable to connect from DMX Out of the product transmitting the DMX
signal to the DMX In of the product receiving the DMX signal. An adapter has been included for this
purpose.
6. Once products are properly connected to WELL COM 2 and WELL COM 2 is properly connected to the app,
open the app on the mobile device.
