On the home page of the application, you can schedule your pet's meals by clicking on "Meal Plan" (Image
10) and following the steps below:
Step 1: choose the time of feeding
Step 2: choose the day of feeding
Step 3: choose the number of portions (One portion is equal to approximately 7 to 12 grams)

You can also dispense up to 12 portions of kibble, unannounced, via the app. To do this, press one of the
numbers of your choice (1 to 12), which corresponds to the number of portions, and press "Feed" (Image
12).
Note: if this operation does not work and an error message is displayed, deactivate the wifi of your phone
and try again.
Control panel:
Recording a message: press the "Record" button for a few seconds. Once you hear the sound,
you can record your message. The recording time is 10 seconds. After this time, you will hear a
second sound. This means that the recording is finished. To delete the message, press the
"Record" button, wait for a sound, and press the button again briefly. The message will be
deleted.
Lock and Unlock: Press and hold. The red light will flash twice to lock the kibble dispenser. Press
and hold again. The red light will flash twice to unlock. When the kibble dispenser is locked, the
manual feed function will not work but the functions are still usable via the app.
FEED (Manual feeding): press briefly to serve 1 portion. This will not affect meal programming.
SET/RESET (change network configuration mode): When the unit is turned on and the network
is not configured, the blue light will flash rapidly. Press and hold until you hear three beeps.
The red and blue light will stay on for a few seconds and then change to a slow blink.
Blue light:
- Fast flashing: the device is connected.
- Slow blinking: the device is waiting for connection.
Red light:
- Flashing: abnormal detection of the limit switch (the motor does not turn). In this case, unplug
the unit and try again.
- Locking/unlocking: blinks twice
Odor filter: You can add an odor filter in the slot provided on the back of the cover. This anti-odour filter
is not sold by Livoo.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning the unit, make sure it is turned off. Clean the kibble dispenser regularly to ensure the health
of your unit.
To clean the kibble container from the inside, open the lid.
