GENERAL SAFETY NOTICES
• Lack of compliance with the operating instructions or safety instructions
can lead to personal injuries or material damages.
• O nly qualified persons may operate, perform maintenance on or use the
device.
• The safety notices must not be lost and should be kept in a location that
is accessible to every user.
• Regular maintenance of the device is compulsory in order to satisfy the
requirements of ISO 11148.
• If repairs have been performed and parts replaced, this must be
documented.
• I f the device is found to have a defect or deficiency, it must no longer be
used until the problem has been rectified.
• Only use genuine spare parts for repairs.
• Wear work gloves, safety goggles and ear protection.
• Wear snug-fitting protective work clothing.
• Keep air tools away from children.
SPECIAL SAFETY NOTICES

Only use impact-resistant screw inserts that are in perfect working
order and specially designed for this purpose.

Always attach and secure screw inserts to the device as per the
instructions.
• Do not touch rotating screw inserts when the device is running.
•
Getting caught up carries a risk of severe injuries.
•
Keep jewellery such as necklaces or bracelets, and long hair or
loose gloves away from the device.
• Do not use the device in rooms with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
• Do not aim the device at other persons.
• Do not run the device in idle with the nut attached.
• Replace tool inserts during maintenance or when not in use; disconnect
the air supply to prevent personal injuries or material damages.
• Air tools must not come into contact with sources of electricity.

The device is not insulated against contact with sources of
electricity.
• Please note the max. operating pressure of 6.3 bar.

Make sure that this is not exceeded.
• Check that the hose connection is secure.
• Only disconnect the hose from the machine when it is not under
