Battery
• Only use the charger supplied with your electric scooter.
• When the battery indicator shows a low level (
recharged for approximately 3.5 hours (charging time). Do not completely
discharge the batteries. It is better to recharge with residual power inside the
battery. This will extend the battery life. If you use your scooter in cold or hot
areas, the battery life may be shorter than when used in temperatures between
15-25°C. This is not fault with the battery, it's completely normal.

Do not overcharge (an excessively long charge cycle of more than 4 hours) or
over-discharge the battery, as this may damage the battery and shorten its life.
•
Make sure that the batteries do not reach temperatures above 50°C, or below
10°C for a long period of time.
•
Recharge your scooter in an indoor environment (ideal temperature: 20-25°C).
Do not charge the scooter if it is exposed to the elements (sun, rain, etc.) or in
damp and wet environments.
•
Do not leave your electric scooter in a hot car in the summer. Low temperatures
(e.g. below zero) can damage the battery cells.
•
When charging, make sure the scooter is not near other heat sources,
flammable materials (curtains, upholstery, etc.), flammable gases or explosive
materials (spray cans). Check that there is 50cm of free space to the front, back
and the sides.
•
Do not charge your scooter in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower or
swimming pool, washbasin, etc.
•
Avoid connecting the + and - poles to metal objects.
•
Make sure the battery is charged at regular intervals, even if you are not using
electric scooter for a long time. This is to prevent battery damage caused by
low voltage for an extended period of time.
•
If the scooter is not being used continuously, please recharge the battery at
least once a month.
•
A fully charged battery will run out even if the scooter is not used for a certain
period of time.
•
Battery life depends on various environmental, storage and usage factors.
