11. Setup interface
Bluetooth Low Energy 4.2 interface and android/ios app is used to sending settings to device and read them back.
The interface is using json format for readability and flexibility. WatchmanFlo has to be paired and bonded to the
smartphone/tabled when connected first time. Bluetooth connection is encrypted after pairing is done.
Using the Watchman Toolbox app is not covered by this document.
