The warning triangle with lightning symbol indicates dangerous uninsulated voltage inside the unit, which may cause an
electrical shock.
The warning triangle with exclamation mark indicates important operating and maintenance instructions.
The housing surface of the spotlight can heat up to temperatures as high as 70 °C in regular use. Ensure that it is not possible
to come into contact with the housing unintentionally. Always allow sufficient time for the lamp to cool down before
dismantling, carrying out maintenance work or charging etc.

4. Stroboscope effects may cause epileptic seizures in sensitive people! People with epilepsy should definitely avoid places where
strobes are used.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISCHARGE LAMPS
An exposed discharge lamp can cause eye and skin damage. Discharge lamps emit infrared and UV radiation, which is not
visible to the eye, but is harmful. Do not expose eyes and skin to discharge lamps. Do not aim the spotlight at people or
animals!
Do not use the spotlight if housing parts are damaged or missing. UV filters, lenses and other optical units must be in good
condition and function as intended. If UV filters, lenses and other optical units visible scratches or cracks or are damaged to the
extent that their effectiveness is impaired, these components must be replaced before the lights may be put into operation.
The discharge lamp must be replaced if it is damaged or deformed by heat.
If the brightness of the discharge lamp decreases noticeably, the lamp must be replaced by trained and qualified personnel.
The discharge lamp must be replaced before the expiry of the duration specified by the manufacturer by trained and qualified
personnel.
If the glass envelope of a discharge lamp breaks in a closed room, evacuate the area immediately and ventilate it as breaking
the envelope allows small amounts of mercury and other toxic substances to escape. Do not touch any parts of the broken
discharge lamp unless you are wearing nitrile gloves for your protection. Place the parts of the broken lamp and the gloves in a
container and dispose of it as hazardous waste at a toxic waste collection point. Used unbroken discharge lamps must be
disposed of as hazardous waste.

CAUTION:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove cover (or back). There are no user serviceable parts
inside. Maintenance and repairs should be exclusively carried out by qualified service personnel.
