4 Recommended Massage Duration
• You should not use the appliance in the same area for more than 15
minutes. For this reason, the appliance has an auto-stop function that
will switch it off after 15 minutes of use.
• To restart it, push the switch once to switch it off fully and again to restart.

This appliance was created for giving foot and leg massages to treat pain
and eliminate the sensation of tired legs.

DO NOT use the massager for treating other parts of the body.
1 Place the massager on a flat surface (fig. 3).
2 Plug the appliance into the power supply using the power cable (fig. 4).
3 Sit down comfortably if you are going to massage your feet.
4 Press the ON/OFF switch (2). The pilot light will switch on (3) (fig. 5).
5 Place your feet on the rollers (6) (do not exert any pressure) (fig. 7).
Move your feet to receive a reflexology massage on the whole base of
the foot (heel, arch, toes).

Do not stand on the appliance. Remain seated during use.
6 To massage your legs, position yourself as shown in the diagrams (fig.
8, fig. 9 and fig. 10).
7 Select the massage intensity using the massage intensity control (4) (fig.
6).
8 After the massage, switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF
switch again and unplug.
6 Cleaning and upkeep

Do not use solvents, detergents or abrasive products.
1 Unplug the appliance.
2 Use a dry cloth to clean the outside.
Storage
• If you wish to transport the apparatus, use the carrying handle (7) (fig.
11)
• When the appliance is not being used, unplug it and store it in a cool, dry
place.
• To prevent the cable from becoming damaged, do not twist it, pull it or
wind it around the appliance. If it is damaged, have it replaced
immediately by qualified personnel.
