4.4. Repeater installation
The Spear series repeater shall be installed indoors in wellventilated
premises to ensure heat dissipation.
Installation scheme
Installation steps
•
Connect the power supply and the cables properly to the
correct ports.
•
Check again to make sure the repeater is installed firmly and
repeater alarm LEDs stay in green.
1. Find an appropriate position for an outdoor antenna. (see the
requirements in Sec 4.2).
2. Connect the outdoor antenna to the repeater to the «Outdoor»
connector and fasten tightly.
