2in1 Electric Barbecue Use Instructions
USAGE
1. Check that the voltage of the electric socket corresponds to the voltage indicated on the appliance
2. Make sure that the grill plates (3) and the drip tray (5) are well inserted.
3. It's possible to choose the griddle side or the smooth side.
4. Check that the 2 temperature control knobs (4) are placed in the "Min" position.
5. Plug the appliance to an electric socket and the power indicator light (6) will turn on.
6. Turn the temperature control knob (4) of each grill plate clockwise to select the suitable temperature. The
temperature control light (7) will turn on and the grill plate will start heating up. It is possible to use one grill plate
at a time or both at the same time.
7. Reheat the plate to the desired temperature before grilling. Once the set temperature level is reached, the
temperature control light (7) will turn off.
8. Add food onto the grill plate(s). Grilling time depends on types of food and on personal taste.
9. Once the grilling is finished, turn back the temperature control knobs (4) to "Min" position and unplug the
appliance.
10. Food is now cooked and ready to be served.
USEFUL SUGGESTIONS
1. Defrost frozen foods before grilling them.
2. To grill meat, set the temperature to "Max" position and make sure that the grill has been fully preheated before
grilling.
3. Handle with care not to scratch the coated surface of the non-stick plates (3), otherwise they may lose their
non-stick quality. Use a wooden or silicone or nylon spatula. Do not use sharp and/or pointed metal objects.
4. In the event of partial use of the grill surface, place all food in the centre of the grill.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning the appliance unplug it from the wall socket.
2. Leave the grill to cool down completely
3. With one hand press the plate release button (2) to release and with the other lift the plate.
4. Wash the grill plates (3) and the drip tray (5) under water with dish washing liquids.
5. Do not use scouring pads or metal scourers so as not to scratch the non-stick coating .
6. If any water gets on the electric connections, allow to dry before using again.
