Nei circuiti aperti (ad esempio
quando si utilizza acqua di pozzo),
l'acqua utilizzata deve essere ripu-
lita dai materiali in sospensione per
mezzo di un filtro che deve trovarsi
in ingresso (altrimenti c'è il rischio
di erosione da particelle in sospen-
sione). È inoltre necessario assi-
curarsi che l'unità sia protetta da
polvere e altre sostanze che provo-
cano una reazione acida o alcalina
quando combinate con l'acqua (cor-
rosione dell'alluminio).

Nel caso l'apparecchio sia fornito
di valvola collegare i tubi di colle-
gamento alla valvola stessa.
Se l'apparecchio è usato per raf-
freddare, per evitare gocciolamento
di condensa, isolare le tubazioni e
la valvola.
Nei periodi estivi e per lunghi pe-
riodi di tempo con il ventilatore di-
sinserito, per evitare formazioni di
condensa all'esterno dell'apparec-
chio, si consiglia di intercettare
l'alimentazione della batteria.

On open system (e.g. when using
well water), the water used should
be cleaned from suspended matter
by means of a filter which should be
located in the inlet. Otherwise there
is a risk of erosion due to suspended
matter. You must also ensure that the
unit is protected from dust and other
substances that cause an acid or
alkali reaction when combined with
water (aluminum corrosion).

If the unit is fitted with a valve,
connect the connection pipes to
the valve.
If the unit is used for cooling,
insulate the pipes and valve to
avoid drops of condensate forming.
During the summer and when the
fan is inactive for long periods, you
are recommended to shut off the
water supply to the coil to avoid
condensation forming on the outside
of the unit.
