Note: Do not touch or cover the air outlet while the heater is in use. This can cause the unit to
overheat and trigger the safety mechanism.
Note: To protect the internal components from overheating, the fan will continue to run for 15
seconds after the OFF button is pressed before switching to standby mode.
Tip-over shutoff
The heater is also equipped with a tip-over shutoff mechanism that automatically cuts off the
power supply if the heater tips over or is tilted.
7.0 MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Always switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug before carrying out maintenance
or inspection work.
Check all the parts for signs of wear. Do not continue to use the product if you find any defects.
Parts should only be replaced with original spare parts, and by a specialist, in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications. A lack of care and maintenance can damage the appliance.
Dangerous situations can arise. To ensure electrical safety, the appliance must not be subjected
to liquids or be immersed in them. Regular maintenance helps to ensure the safety of the product
and increases its service life.
Warning: Allow the heater to cool down completely before cleaning or storage!
Cleaning
Clean the ventilation grilles regularly with a soft brush or by vacuuming. If necessary, wipe the
housing with a soft dry cloth. Use a slightly dampened cloth to remove more substantial dirt. Do
not use cleaners or detergents containing solvents; substances such as bleach can damage the
product.
Storage
If the heater is not used for a longer period of time, it should be protected from dust and stored
in a clean, dry place.
