DISPOSAL
This device is marked in accordance with Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE). This electrical device may not be disposed of in the residual
waste bin at the end of its service life, but must be handed in at a collection point for the
recycling of electronic devices. This also applies to electrical devices that were last used in
the non-FLAT DIAMOND sector but, for example, in industry or crafts. Insofar as the
acceptance of non-FLAT DIAMONDly used electrical devices has been excluded by the responsible
local public disposal facilities, their waste advice centre will provide information on how to dispose
of them in an environmentally sound manner. The symbol on the product, user manual or packaging
indicates this. The materials are recyclable according to their marking. The reuse, recycling or other
forms of recovery of waste equipment is an important contribution to the protection of the
environment.
This electrical device contains a Li-Ion battery. The battery must never be disposed of in the
residual waste bin. Owners of waste equipment must generally separate waste batteries and
accumulators that are not enclosed by the waste equipment from the latter before handing
them in at a collection point. This does not apply if the waste equipment is handed in at public
waste management facilities (recycling centre, reusable materials centre etc.) and separated from
other waste equipment for the purpose of preparation for reuse.
