Starting the warming process without prior warming:
1. Press the Power Button; the current warming temperature will appear on the Display. The default setting is
99 °F (37 °C).
2. To set a warming temperature, press the "+" Button repeatedly until the desired warming temperature is
displayed (between 95 °F (35 °C) and 185 °F (85 °C)). The temperature increases in steps until the display
reaches 185 °F (85 °C) and then starts over at 95 °F (35 °C).
3. Press the Power Button again to enter "Keep Warm" mode.
To exit Keep Warm mode:
1. Press and hold the Power Button for about two seconds; the Display and the bottle warmer will shut off.
2. Remove your bottle/jar using the Lifter.
3. Unplug the power cord after each usage, pour all the water out, and dry the Base with a soft, dry cloth.
NOTES:
• Shake bottles and stir foods before feeding.
• Check contents for suitable temperature.
• To prevent the spread of bacteria, which multiply fastest between 90 °F and 108 °F (32° - 42 °C), use heated
contents immediately.
• Do not keep contents warm for extended periods.
• For hygienic and microbiological reasons, do not reheat food that has already been heated.
• Do not overheat contents.
7. Care, Maintenance and Disposal
• To maximize the service life of the device, do not use it continuously in the high temperature range.
• Use boiled or filtered water for warming baby food in order to reduce the buildup of lime scale.
• Unplug the device before cleaning.
• To clean the device, use only a damp cloth. Do not use any scouring agents or other cleaning products.
• Descale the Bottle Warmer about every four weeks using vinegar or citric acid. Place the Lifter into the Base, mix
1.7 fl oz / 50 ml of household vinegar with 3.4 fl oz / 100 ml of cold water or a packet of citric acid with 6.8 fl oz /
200 ml of cold water and pour the solution into the Base. Let the solution soak until the lime scale dissolves;
do not operate the Bottle Warmer during this time. Pour the solution out, rinse the device thoroughly with clean
water, and dry it with a cloth.
Disposal
Observe the local regulations for material disposal. Dispose of the device in accordance with local regulations.
