FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

A: The e·Box
A1: Check the power lead is connected to the wall outlet, if not connect the power lead;
A2: Check the motor column cable connections to the control box (see step 12a and 12b) and make sure the
EN
cables are connected;
A3: Check the power cable connection to the control box and check the cable connection of the control panel
to the control box (see step 13) and make sure all cables are connected;
A4: Check the cable connections on the motor column side and make sure the cables are connected;
A5: Check for wiring damage from bad assembly. If wiring is damaged, disconnect the e·Box
outlet and contact your dealer for a replacement or repair;
WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR DAMAGED WIRING!
A6: The e·Box
will cause over-heating and a safety system will switch the motors off, if this happens allow the motors to
cool down for at least 1 hour. The system will automatically switch back to normal when the motors have
cooled down;
A7: If steps A1 to A4 have been found in order and the problem still exists, contact your dealer for repair of the
unit.
B: The motors do not move smoothly or the left and right motors are at a different height:
B1: Follow steps 1 to 5 on page 17/18 to synchronize and reset the motors.

C: The e·Box

C1: If the problem still exists follow steps A1 to A5;
