Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding
●
of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition
that may affect the power tool's operation. If damaged,
have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained power tools.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained
●
cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and
are easier to control.
Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in
●
accordance with these instructions, taking into account the
working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of
the power tool for operations different from those intended could
result in a hazardous situation.
Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair
●
person using only identical replacement parts. This will
ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
Use and handling of the cordless electrical power tool
a) Charge a rechargeable battery unit using only the charger
recommended by the manufacturer. Chargers are often
designed for a particular type of rechargeable battery unit.
There is the danger of fire if other types of rechargeable battery
units are used.
b) Only the rechargeable battery units supplied are to be used
with an electrical power tool. The use of other rechargeable
battery units may lead to the danger of injury or fire.
c) When they are not being used, store rechargeable
battery units away from paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other small metal objects that could cause the contacts to be
bridged. Short-circuiting the contacts of a rechargeable battery
unit may result in heat damage or fire.
d) Fluids may leak out of rechargeable battery units if they are
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION (see pic. 3 & 4)
Install on the driver the corresponding socket.
Before you start screwing the bolt or nut with the wrench, you
should by hand screw the bolt or nut on the thread (at least two
turns). Make sure that you correctly choose the size of socket
wrench for item (pls refer to below form), which is tightened or
loosened. Bad selection of size may result in damage of the key
or nut or bolt.
Select the correct direction of rotation by pressing the switch.
The arrow on the switch indicates the direction of linear motion
of nut or bolt during operation.
Connect the battery to the tool.
Grasp the tool with both hands.
Push the socket wrench on the nut or bolt head.
Press the switch and hold it. The pressing on the switch allows
you to adjust the speed of the key. The greater pressure force
on the switch, the higher the rotational speed of the key.
Reference Values for Maximum Screw/Bolt Tightening Torques
Calculated from the tensional cross-section; utilization of the yield point 90 % (with friction coefficient μtotal = 0.12). As a
controlmeasure, always check the tightening torque with a torque wrench

misused. If this happens, avoid contact with the fluid. If
contact occurs, flush the affected area with water. Seek
additional medical help if any of the fluid gets into your
eyes. Escaping battery fluid may cause skin irritation or
burns.
Safety Warnings for Impact Wrenchs
Use auxiliary handle(s), if supplied with the tool.
●
Loss of control can cause personal injury.
Hold the machine with a firm grip. High reaction
●
torque can briefly occur while driving in and loosening
screws.
Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with
●
clamping devices or in a vice is held more secure than by
hand.
Always wait until the machine has come to a
●
complete stop before placing it down. The tool insert
can jam and lead to loss of control over the power tool.
Never use the machine with a damaged cable. Do
●
not touch the damaged cable and pull the mains plug
when the cable is damaged while working. Damaged
cables increase the risk of an electric shock.
Products sold in GB only: Your product is fitted with a
BS 1363/A approved electric plug with internal fuse (ASTA
approved to BS 1362).
If the plug is not suitable for your socket outlets, it should
be cut off and an appropriate plug fitted in its place by an
authorized customer service agent. The replacement plug
should have the same fuse rating as the original plug. The
severed plug must be disposed of to avoid a possible
shock hazard and should never be inserted into a mains
socket elsewhere.
Products sold in AUS and NZ only: Use a residual
current device(RCD) with a rated residual current of 30
mA or less.
In the case of tightening, after reaching the maximum
torque, the overload clutch engages and the driver drive is
disconnected.
You should then release the switch and wait for the
complete cessation of engine rotation.
When loosening, make sure that the moment, of what the
nut has been tightened, does not exceed the maximum
torque of wrench. In this case the overload clutch also
engages and it may not be possible to unscrew the nut.
After unscrewing you should release the pressure on the
control switch and wait for the complete cessation of
engine rotation. After finishing work, you should
disconnect the tool from mains and start maintenance.
