Proper orientation of CAM LOCK

Insert quick locks (4) into holes in the bottom (D). Press bottom rail (I)

against front edge of the bottom (D) engaging the quick locks (4). Turn
quick locks (4) clockwise to lock both parts in place. Install rest of
hardware as shown.
