CHARGING THE APPLIANCE
This appliance can be used on battery power or connected directly to
the mains power supply.
INFORMATION ON THE LCD DISPLAY WHEN CHARGING THE APPLIANCE.
When the GAMMA+ logo turns red and starts flashing during use, it
indicates a reduced battery life. Proceed to charge.
• During charging, the GAMMA + logo (ref. 15b, fig. A3) flashes. When fully charged,
the GAMMA + logo becomes steady.
The appliance can be charged by connecting the adaptor directly to the appliance
or by connecting it via the base.
Before using the appliance, always ensure it is completely dry.
1) Direct connection: connect the power adapter 9 (fig. A) to the power supply
socket outlet 16 (fig. A1) located on the bottom part of the appliance, as illustrated
in figure B.
2) Connection via the charger base: connect the power adapter 9 (fig. A) to the
socket outlet at the base of the charger located at the rear. Position the appliance
in the compartment set at the base, as illustrated in figure B1.
3) In both cases, connect the power adapter plug to the socket outlet, making sure
that the appliance is off.
4) Charge the appliance for 3 hours before using for the first time.
Do not completely discharge the battery in case you wish to use the
appliance with the power supply cable inserted.
Depending on the selected speed, the battery life may differ.
APPLICATION
ATTENTION! Do not use the appliance if the blade of head 2 (fig. A) is
damaged or if the blade block is not working correctly.
Do not press the blade against the skin.
Do not apply the blades directly on ears or skin with imperfections
(such as swelling, injury or pimples).
Do not use the appliance on wet hair.
The Clippers are ideal for trimming hair and beard. It is possible to adjust the cutting
height to four distinct levels and use three different cutting speeds.
TURNING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF
Turning on
• Press button 14 (fig. A1). The display lights up.
Turning off
• Press button 14 (fig. A1). The display switches off.
The display with the GAMMA+ logo will take about 3 seconds to switch off
completely.
CUTTING SPEED SETTINGS
• Pressing button 13a (fig. A1) increases the cutting speed.
• Pressing button 13b (fig. A1) decreases the cutting speed.
The selected speed will be shown on display 15a, where:
• 1st section = 6,000 RPM
• 2nd section = 7,000 RPM
• Full circle = 8,000 RPM
