Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning
work, disconnect the tool from the compressed air
supply line.
If the nails/staples get jammed, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply
line;
2. Using a hex key, remove the three bolts;
3. Remove the upper plate;
4. Remove the inner plate;
5. Remove any jammed staples/nails;
6. Proceed in reverse order for assembly.
Pay attention to the order and position of all parts in
disassembly, in order to make correct assembly
easier.
The machine must be kept constantly lubricated to ensure
the best performance and to ensure the expected service
life.
Greasing should be frequent, but not excessive. Just a few
drops of oil for pneumatic tools, after each use are enough.
The oil will lubricate the internal parts.
Lubrication can be carried out automatically by means of
an air filter regulator lubricator fitted in the compressed air
system supplying the machine or manually if there is no
such component.
If the compressed air system to which the pneumatic
nail/staple gun is connected does not have an air filter
regulator lubricator, carry out manual lubrication following
the procedure given below:
1. Detach the machine from the air hose;
2. Add a few drops of oil, at the air inlet, before each use or
every hour if the machine is used continuously.
Use only oil designed for air tools. Other types of lubricants
will damage the gaskets.
Cleaning
Clean the machine after each use. Careful handling
protects the pneumatic tool and extends its service life.
Storage
When not in use, store the pneumatic nail/staple gun in a
dry, clean place, free of corrosive smoke and out of
children's reach.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.
Never dispose of air tools with your household waste!
Waste such as lubricants, filters and worn parts can harm
humans, animals and the environment, so they must be
properly disposed of or recycled.
Make sure that the deactivated machine is disposed of in
an environmentally friendly way at a recycling point.
You can get information regarding the disposal through the
person in charge for recycling in your city.
