Happy Hour Grill Use Instructions
Using the unit
Place the maker on a flat heatproof surface, close to a 220-240V~outlet.
Plug into outlet. Switch on the product for heating the baking pan, the red light will come on. Once the applian-
ce reaches the right temperature, the green indicator light will come on; During cooking, the green indicator
light will switch on and off.
Once the cooking plates are hot, place a corn quesadilla (or a puff pastry) of 22 cm diameter on the low
cooking
plate. Add some seasoning on the corn quesadilla and try to place it on every triangle made by the cooking
plate.
Warning: do not add too much seasoning inside, otherwise it will break the dough by leaking out
after closing the lid.
Put another corn quesadilla (or puff pastry) on top and close the lid. Remove dough excess if there's any.
The cooking time can take from 6 to 8 minutes: please check from time to time to test the browning degree.
Once the cooking time is over, lift the lid and remove the quesadilla.
The unique shape of the cooking plates will have already split the quesadilla into portions. You'll just have to
cut them with a knife.
Warning: All parts of the grill, except the handle, will be very hot during and after grilling. Do not
touch any parts of the griddle except the Handle until the unit cool.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it and allow it cool down.
Never place the appliance in water or under running water.
To clean the outside of the appliance, use a damp sponge and dry carefully.
To clean the plates, use a damp sponge with washing up liquid. Rinse and dry them with care.
Never use a scouring pad or powder.
Never immerse the product in water or any liquid.
Any operation that requires additional disassembly to the one required for ordinary use must be operated by
a qualified electrician.
Make sure to keep the upper part (lid) high while cleaning to avoid accidental closures or injuries.
Wind the cord around the appliance and store the appliance vertically to save space.
