There is a vertical bar or stripe on my TV screen.
• Turn on the auto configure or change the horizontal or vertical frequency position.
Screen colours aren't appearing as they should be or single colour.
• Check if the video signal cable is connected properly.
• Reinstall your PC video card if the signal source is from your computer.
If you are not going to use your TV for a while (such as when you go on holiday), you should unplug the power cord from the socket and
disconnect your aerial to protect your TV against possible damage from lightning or power surges.

INSTALLING THE STAND
To attach the stand lay the TV down on a non-abrasive suface, then place the TV stand on the neck of TV and insert the screws in the circled area.
Remove the Stand
• To remove the stand remove the screws in the circled area and the neck will come off.
Wall-mounting the device
• If you are mounting the device. Please consult a qualified installer for further instructions on bracket support and wall support.
• Mounting Specification:100 mm x 100 mm using screw size M5x10 (not supplied). Length of screw should not exceed 8 mm.
• Please Note: The 18 mm length of screw refers to how deep the screw can go inside the mounting holes.
• When you're buying screws. you should add the original 8 mm to the thickness of your mounting plate in order to get the total screw length.
