The paddle mixer does not require any additional
lubrication or maintenance. However, you must perform
regular cleaning for a continuous and trouble-free
operation.
Before performing cleaning, adjusting, repairing and
maintenance work, switch the power tool off and unplug
the power cord.
The motor will not start if the carbon brushes are worn out.
The brushes must be replaced in time, otherwise there will
be poor contact between the brushes and the rotor, which
may lead to sparks and damage to the power tool. Both
carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time by two
brushes with equal characteristics.
1. Loosen the bolts (7) and remove the carbon brushes;
2. Insert new carbon brushes;
3. Place and tighten the bolts.
Cleaning
After each use, remove all debris and clean all parts. Wipe
the power tool with a clean, damp cloth or blow it with low
pressure compressed air.
Careful handling protects the power tool and extends its
service life.
The power tool and its ventilation slots must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation slots regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the paddle mixer in a dry, clean
place, free of corrosive smoke and out of children's reach.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.
Never dispose of power tools with your household
waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/EC on
electrical and electronic equipment waste and its
transposition into national law, power tools must be
collected separately and delivered to the collection sites
provided for this purpose.
You can get information regarding the disposal of the power
tool through the person in charge for recycling in your city.
