S FETY ME SURES
• Read these instructions carefully before assembling and running
the pump.
People who are not thoroughly familiar with these instructions must
not use the pump.
In addition, people aged under 16 must not use the pump.
• The user is responsible to third parties in the area where the pump
is in service.
• Before operating, get a specialist to ensure that the pump is
actually protected electrically as required.
The pump must only be connected via a fused safety switch, with a
nominal opening current of up to 30 m
earth connection.
Protection: 10 mps. min.
TTENTION: Before testing, turn off the power supply to the
pump and the installation!
Replacing the electric supply cable requires the use of special tools
and so can only be done by the manufacturer or his after-sale
service technicians.
The pump can only operate with an H07RNF type electrical cable or
equivalent and compliant with standard DIN57282 or DIN 57245.
• The voltage indicated on the plate of the pump must match the
local voltage.
• Ensure that the electrical connections are protected from flooding
or damp.
• Before use, check that the mains cable and plug are not
damaged.

C USES
- check the mains voltage
- dismantle the pump and clean it
- unjam the pump
- immerge the intake pipe
- fill the intake pipe with water
- check the water-tightness of the intake pipe
- clean the foot valve
- check the pumping depth
- check the pumping depth
- clean the foot valve
- place the foot valve deeper
- clean the impeller and change any worn parts
- dismantle and clean the pump, prevent any foreign bodies from being
introduced,
Wait until the trip switch resets (about 20 mins)
• Unplug the electric plug before doing any work on the pump.
• Do not expose the pump to direct jets of water.
• The user is responsible for complying with local requirements for
assembly and safety.
• The user must use appropriate measures (installing an alarm
system, backup pump or similar) to exclude the possibility of indirect
damage caused by the flooding of premises if the pump
malfunctions.
• Under the law on product responsibility, we are not responsible for
damage caused by our equipment if:
a) inappropriate repairs are made by staff other than our approved
repairers;
b) replacement parts are not ORIGIN L SP RES;
c) the instructions and provisions in this manual are not followed.
