Note: If you are using well wa ter, or if you ha v e hard wa ter, run the
pump for a few minutes in a 50/50 solution of wa
help remove calcium deposit buildup before replacing the pump.

Do not use detergents or other chemical c

Caution:
The pump must not be allo wed to run dr y. If pump fails to opera te,
check the follo w ing:
No Flow:
• Check if the po w er supply is on. Check the circuit breaker or tr y
another outlet to ensure the pump is getting electrical po
Note: always disconnect pump from electrical supply before
handling the pump.
• If po wer supply is working but pump is not,
clogged by debris. Disconnect the pump, check intake screen to
ensure it is not c l ogged, then follo w the maintenance procedures
to clean impeller .
Low Flow:
• Check hose for sharp bends or blocka
• Check the pump' s output tube to ensure it is not c logged by
debris
• Check the pump' s intake screen to ensure it is not c logged
by debris. Then follo w the maintenance procedures to c lean
impeller
