INTENDED USE
The GDS9 shaver is designed to refresh various types of clothing and fabrics.
Removing so called flocs or fuzz from the material makes it look fresh again.
The device can be used not only on clothes, but also on curtains, blankets or
upholstered furniture.
USE OF THE APPLIANCE
• Use of the device is possible after charging the battery or from the mains.
• Connect one end of the cable (6) to the socket (5) and the other end to the
power supply unit (not supplied) with the parameters given above and then
to the mains.
• The display (8) shows the battery charge status.
• Carefully replace the protective cover (1) before starting.
• Do not switch on the shaver when the cover (1) is loose.
CAUTION. The appliance does not operate if the cover (1) is incorrectly
fitted.
HANDLING
• The shaver starts when you press the switch (7) - you can select three operating
speeds.
• The indication of the selected speed is shown on the display (8).
• Gently glide the shaver over a flat laid garment.
• To switch off, press the switch (7) until the motor switches off.
• When you have finished working, the fabric can be cleaned with the
electrostatic brush (12).
