Remove the memory foam holder from the rotary plate, place your watch around it, close
the strap and place the holder in the groove. If you cannot place your watch around the
holder normally (because the strap is too short), either strap the watch in place with
force, as the memory foam can be deformed, or attach the watch to the memory foam
holder in a different alignment (as shown in the picture below right).
