If you have any doubts as to whether this is the case, please contact the responsible specialist personnel. The walking
stick can only offer you the relief you desire if it is optimally adapted to your body size.
Adjustment: The walking stick is equipped with a union nut, which must be loosened by approx. half a turn
anticlockwise prior to adjustment (Fig. 2). Unlock the height adjustment by pressing in the push button. Adjust the
length of the walking stick to your body size by pulling the support tubes out or pushing them together. Lock the
height adjustment once again by aligning the tubes as such, that the two locking holes are on top of each other,
whereby the push-button engages again. Following adjustment, the union nut must be tightened again. Caution:
Risk of falling due to walking sticks buckling when the height adjustment is not locked correctly! Check the correct
locking after each adjustment by attempting to twist or move the walking stick!
Activating the laser: The laser is activated by a button located in the module on the tube, below the grip.
When the laser is switched on, the LED ring of the switch-on button lights up. Only when the walking stick
is placed on the ground, the walking stick projects the laser beam onto the ground. If the walking stick is
lifted, it disappears again. The laser function can be activated or deactivated at any time. This does not affect
the use of the walking stick. The battery life is approx. 8 hours when the laser is in continuous operation.
Charging the walking stick: The power supply is provided by a rechargeable battery. The walking stick can be
charged with the included power adapter and Magnetsafe micro USB charging cable. If the laser beam stops working,
charge the walking stick. A glow of the power button is not an indication of a sufficiently charged walking stick. After
approx. 2.5 hours of charging, the battery is fully charged. During the charging process, a lamp on the side of the
module lights up red. When the battery is fully charged, the red lamp goes off and a blue lamp lights up.
Note: The lamp only lights up blue when the charging cable is plugged in.
