4. DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
MODE: This key allows you to select and lock the function of your choice.
Operating procedures:
1. Auto ON / OFF: The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input signal from the
speed sensor. The system turns off automatically when no signal is received from the sensor or no key is
pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
2. RESET: The monitor can be reset either by changing the battery or by pressing the mode key for 3
seconds.
3. MODO: To choose SCAN or LOCK if you do not want the scan mode, press the MODE key when the
pointer of the function you want starts flashing.
4. FUNCTIONS:
- TIME (00:00 - 99:59): Press the MODE key until the pointer advances to TIME. The total working time will
be displayed.
- SPEED (0 - 99.9 ML/H): Press the MODE key until the pointer advances to SPEED. The total job will be
displayed.
- DISTANCE (0 - 99.99 ML): Press the MODE key until the pointer advances to DISTANCE. The distance or
each workout will be displayed.
- CALORIES (0.0 - 999.9 KCAL): Press the MODE key until the pointer advances to CALORIES. The calories
burned will be displayed.
- SCAN: Automatic display of the following functions in the order shown: TIME- SPEED- DISTANCE- PULSE-
CALORIES (repetition).
- BATTERY: This monitor uses two 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included). If it does not display correctly on the
monitor, reinstall the batteries to obtain a good result.
5. TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
For a healthy lifestyle, in addition to using the equipment to improve your fitness, we also recommend
eating a varied diet.
A) Warming up before training
This warm-up exercise phase can improve the body's blood circulation, muscles to achieve good training,
while reducing the risk of cramps or muscle damage during training. Before each workout please do warm-
up exercise according to the following training recommendations, each stretch should be held for about
30 seconds, while doing this exercise does not extend the intensity, prevent muscle damage, once the
muscles are damaged, please stop the practice.
