range are recommended.
Remote Control Connector
When
using a remote control unit, connect the Onkyo
RC-8T
remote contro! unit (sold separately) to this connector.
Note:
Do not connect DIN cords and pin cords at the same time.
5. Set the master input level contro! knob
to the center
position and press the @ Record button
and §§ Pause button
. The recording indicator will light but the tape will not
move.
If a signal is being received, the peak level meter fi] will
begin to fluctuate. Because this is a 3-head cassette deck, the
source signal and the just recorded signal can both be mon itored
and compared by switching the monitor button
. This allows
confirming that the recording level is correct and that, in general,
the signal is being properly recorded.
7. After confirming that an input signal is being received (peak level
meter is registering a signal), press the
PB
Play button
to begin
actual recording.
Fast Forward and Rewind
Press the PP FF button
to wind the tape rapidly forwarcl and
the #4 REW button
to wind the tape rapidly backward.

point where OdB point on the peak level meter only lights up
occasionally,
