5.4 Troubleshooting
In the event that your device fails to perform as expected, the following
suggestions will help to identify potential issues with the device and its
setup.

Solution
- Make sure that you have
pressed the on/o button
properly. Power button should
be pressed and held for 2
seconds until the Mask powers
on
- Charge the unit according to
the instructions in this user
manual
- Make sure that the mask has
been fully charged before use.
Check if the battery charging
indicator light on the unit
lights up to make sure the unit
is charging
- Recharge the battery
- Connect the unit to a 5V USB
port with the charger cable.
- Check that the mask is fully
charged before use. If the
problem persists, please

connected properly. If the
