OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Getting started
Switch the Power button (1) to the left to turn on the device.
Switch the Power button (1) to the right to turn on the device.
You will hear the voice prompt "N-GEAR makes you move".
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
Make sure your device and the Star Bluetooth Mic are nearby each other and the Star Bluetooth Mic is Powered ON.
Search for Bluetooth devices on your smartphone, select the Star Bluetooth Mic from the list of found devices. After
a successful pairing, you can play music.
You can use Bluetooth to connect your karaoke App.
LISTENING FROM USB DRIVE / MICRO SD
- Insert your USB DRIVE or Micro SD Card into the Sing Mic.
- Your speaker will automatically playback music from the insert USB DRIVE or Micro SD Card.
- If you have already inserted the USB Drive you can switch between modes by short pressing the power button until
the mode is turned on for playback from your USB Drive / Micro SD Card.
Sound Effects
- Pitch: You can change the pitch of your voice by long pressing the play/pause button (6) until you hear a
beep to switch between the sounds effects.
- Echo: Give your voice more or less echo by using the Remix Slider (5)
Headphones / external speaker
Via the AUX Out (3) 3,5 mm jack you can connect the Star Bluetooth Mic to your headphones or to an external
speaker. Please see the manual of your external speaker / amplifier if it is possible to connect from 3,5mm and how
this can be done.
Selfie / Photo function
The Sing Mic has a function to let your smartphone take photos via the Prev and Next button on the Star Bluetooth
Mic.
1 Short press M/LED button until selfie mode starts.
2 Search for the device shutter in your Bluetooth device list and connect to shutter
3 Open your photo app on your smartphone*
4 Use the prev (2) and next (3) button to make photos
*4.2.2 or higher version Android required, iOS 6.0 or higher required. Phones with an independent or solid
photograph button are not supported.
