Q: Spots on the screen.
A: Clean the lens gently with a microfiber. Make sure the projector is
turned off, cool and cool before cleaning it.
Q: I'm getting a blurry image?
A: The recommended projection distance is 1 to 3 meters. Please adjust
the focus to get a clear image. The Optimal focus is obtained when
the pixels are clearly visible. If the projection size is too large, the
focus near the screen edges may be less sharp than at the screen
center.
Q: How to adjust video brightness / sharpness?
A: Path: Click "Source" - Image-Image Mode (Choose "User") - Adjust
via remote control. For non-professionals, we recommend that you
use the default.
Q: My projector is making noise or emitting an abnormal odor.
A: The noise of the projector comes from the fan of its cooling system.
It is normal for the projector to make a loud noise. On the other
hand, if the projector makes strange noises or gives off an abnormal
smell, it must be turned off and disconnected from the mains socket.
Have it checked by qualified personnel. Do not try to open it or fix it
yourself.
Q: My image is inverted, how can I restore it?
A: Go to OPTIONS: Projection mode to adjust.
Q: The lamp burns out or makes a clicking sound
A: When the lamp reaches the end of its life, it burns out (with a loud
popping noise). If this happens, the projector will not turn back on
until the lamp is replaced. To replace it, call on qualified personnel
for this type of repair.
Q: my video projector no longer responds to commands
A: Turn off the projector then unplug the power cord and wait at least
30 seconds before reconnecting the power.
