Garantía de CET Limited
CET Limited Warranty
All electrical and other components are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of delivery except where otherwise noted
below.
The spa body is warranted for 2 years.
Consumables such as seals and gaskets are expressly excluded from the warranty.
The foregoing warranties relate to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") only.
CET will have the option to repair or replace the defective product, at its sole discretion. Purchasers
must use authorised CET service providers and pay any labour and shipping charges necessary to
replace the product covered by this warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any product or
component that has been subject to negligence, misapplication, improper installation or
maintenance, or other circumstances that are not in CET's direct control.
This warranty sets forth CET's sole obligation and the Purchaser's exclusive remedy for defective
products.
CET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE
DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN.
